空壓機(jī)的停用在各個單位(wèi)都常有發生。那(nà)麼在初次開機前(qián)空壓機停放時間超過三個(gè)月或空(kōng)壓機停用時間超(chāo)過三個月，再次開機前需要采取有效措施，bi須先請專業空壓(yā)機人員對機器(qì)進行保養檢測，制(zhì)定(dìng)安全措施(shī)，避免開機後發生不(bú)良狀況。

1、先檢查電路狀态，是否正常供電，電壓是否(fǒu)穩定；測量電動機絕緣電阻，數值大(dà)于1MΩ。

2、檢查(chá)空壓機配件上是否含有積水，灰塵，及時清理。

3、對進氣口，出氣口全面檢測，防止發(fā)生堵塞現(xiàn)象

4、在上(shàng)述都已經(jīng)完成的情況可以接通電源(yuán)，查看電腦控制器是否(fǒu)正常運行

5、更換三濾和潤滑油。因為在長期不用的情況下，三濾，油可能發生(shēng)老化現象，從而造成空壓(yā)機開機運行時間不(bú)長即結膠積碳或堵(dǔ)塞，油路不暢使空壓機主機或其他零部件損(sǔn)壞。

6、專業人員試機，電路改造後人工(gōng)控制加載卸載，先空載運行10分(fèn)鐘以上，檢測各項指标和(hé)震動、噪音等正(zhèng)常，再進行加載，查看各部件運行正常即可。
