1、使用變頻(pín)器後，空氣壓縮機的壓力設定可以是(shì)一點(diǎn)，即可以将滿足生産設備要求的最低壓力作為設定壓力，變頻器将根(gēn)據管網壓力上(shàng)下波動的趨勢，通過調節空壓(yā)機轉速(sù)，消除了(le)空壓機的卸載(zǎi)運行，節約了電能。

1. After using the frequency converter, the pressure setting of the air compressor can be one point, that is, the lowest pressure that meets the requirements of production equipment can be used as the setting pressure. The frequency converter will eliminate the unloading operation of the air compressor and save electricity by adjusting the speed of the air compressor according to the fluctuating trend of the pressure of the pipeline network.

2、由于系統中(zhōng)的變頻器使得管網上下壓力(lì)穩定(dìng)，可以降低甚至消除壓(yā)力的波動，從(cóng)而使系統中所有運行的空氣壓縮機都在一個滿足(zú)生産要求的較低的壓力下(xià)運行，減少了壓力向(xiàng)上波(bō)動造成的功率損(sǔn)失。

2. Because of the frequency converter in the system, the downward and downward pressure of the pipeline network is stable, and the fluctuation of pressure can be reduced or even eliminated, so that all the air compressors in the system are operated under a lower pressure which meets the production requirements, thus reducing the power loss caused by the upward fluctuation of pressure.

3、由于空壓機不能排(pái)除在滿(mǎn)負(fù)載(zǎi)狀态下長時間運行的可能性，所以隻能按(àn)最大需(xū)求來決定電動(dòng)機的容量，故(gù)設計容量(liàng)一般偏大。在實際運行(háng)中，輕載運行的時間所占的比例(lì)是非常高的，如果(guǒ)采用變(biàn)頻調速，可(kě)大大(dà)提高運行時的工作效率。因此将變頻器作用在空壓機系統(tǒng)中節能潛力很大。

3. Because the air compressor can not rule out the possibility of long-term operation under full load, it can only determine the capacity of motor according to the maximum demand, so the design capacity is generally large. In actual operation, the proportion of light load running time is very high. If frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted, the working efficiency can be greatly improved. Therefore, the application of frequency converter in air compressor system has great potential for energy saving.

4、有些調節方式在需求量較小的情況下，也(yě)不能降低(dī)電動機的(de)運(yùn)行功率。采用了變頻(pín)調速後，當需求量較小的情況下(xià)，可降低電動機的轉速，減(jiǎn)小電動機的運行功率，從而進一步(bù)實現節能(néng)。

4. Some regulation modes can not reduce the operating power of the motor when the demand is small. After adopting frequency conversion speed regulation, when the demand is small, the speed of the motor can be reduced and the power of the motor can be reduced, thus further realizing energy saving.

5、空氣壓縮機采用了變頻(pín)調(diào)速後，則可以根據負載的輕重地進行連續調節，能保持壓力、流量、溫度等參數(shù)的穩定(dìng)，從而提高工作性能。
