空壓機的停(tíng)用(yòng)在各個單位都常有發生。那麼在初次開機前空(kōng)壓機停放時間超過三個月或空壓機停用時間超過三個月，再次開機前需要采取有效(xiào)措施，bi須先請專業空壓機人員對機器進行保養檢測，制定(dìng)安全(quán)措施，避免開機後發生不良狀況。

1、先檢查電路狀态，是否(fǒu)正常供電，電壓是否穩(wěn)定；測量電動機絕(jué)緣電阻，數(shù)值大于1MΩ。

2、檢查(chá)空壓機配件上是(shì)否含(hán)有積水(shuǐ)，灰塵，及時清理。

3、對進氣口，出氣口全面檢測，防止發生(shēng)堵塞現象

4、在上述都已經完成的情況可以接(jiē)通電源，查看電腦控制器(qì)是否正常運行

5、更換三濾和潤滑油。因為在長期不用的情況下，三濾，油(yóu)可能發生老化現象，從而造成空壓機開機運行時間(jiān)不(bú)長即結膠積碳或堵塞，油路不暢使空壓機主機或(huò)其他零部件損壞。

6、專業人員試機，電路改造後人工控制加載卸載，先空載運行10分鐘以上(shàng)，檢測各項指(zhǐ)标和震動、噪音等正常，再進行(háng)加載，查看各部件運行正(zhèng)常即可。
